Privacy notice

Last updated 12 October 2026

This notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you join the Kentide early access list. We keep it short and only collect what we need.

Who we are

Kentide is a product of Forge Online Ltd, the data controller for the information described here.

Forge Online Ltd
71-75 Shelton Street
Covent Garden
London
WC2H 9JQ

Registered in England and Wales, company number 16976013.

For any privacy question or request, email info@forgeonline.uk.

What we collect

When you join the early access list, we collect:

Please don’t include sensitive personal information or confidential details about other people in your answers.

How we use it

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent, which you give by joining the list, and separately by ticking the box for product news. You can withdraw either at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until early access ends and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

Email us at info@forgeonline.ukto make a request. We’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to sort it out first.

Cookies and fonts

The early access page and this notice don’t set any cookies. If you have a Kentide account, logging in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page doesn’t share your details with a font provider.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
